One of my favourite Instagram bakery, @dayspringbakes provides free delivery to Subang Jaya area (where I live) and their desserts are affordable and homemade. So I thought about writing a post about it!

The lotus biscoff cheesecake trend has started since the first quarantine period started in March/April, and it's still very popular till today!
They made it with a generous amount of Biscoff cream, making it very fragrant and it's not very sweet. So it's perfect for those who don't like overly sweet desserts!
They have it in 3 sizes, which are:

9' inch- RM150
If you love lotus biscoff, or if you love chocolates or brownies you HAVE to try this!
I HIGHLY recommend these Biscoff brownies because it is SO fudgy, and the biscoff cream just melts when you cut it when it is fresh from the oven.
Plus the brownies were made using dark chocolate, so you don't have to worry about getting diabetes.

This is a part of the Biscoff bars, it comes in 9-16 cube-sized cheesecakes that makes it perfect to share around during festive seasons.
The taste is slightly different from the normal cheesecake, as it is cheesier and less sweet compared to the cheesecake.
Also, it is crunchy. This is not only due to the biscuit base, but because there are chunks of Lotus biscuits inside!

This is my ABSOLUTE favourite.
The Biscoff brownies.
They're super fudgy and rich in chocolate and Biscoff cream.
Since it is made with dark chocolate, it is suitable for those who want a pinch of sweetness but not too much.
As for the texture, it is crispy on the top but soft on the inside. So if you like fudge, you should definitely try this out!
